Sundog's World Famous 4 Bean Chili

1# any brand name breakfast sausage of your choosing
2# lean ground beef, venison, elk, caribou, etc
1 4# package Williams Original Chili Seasoning
2 medium white onions
2 large cans Hunt's Crushed Tomatoes
1 can each black, red, pinto, and great northern beans
Garlic powder

In a large Dutch oven brown diced onion and sausage.  When well browned, add ground beef, and brown well.  DRAIN FAT.  Stir in garlic powder to taste.

Add entire contents of 4# Williams Chili Seasoning package and stir in well over a low heat.  Do not scorch!

Add tomatoes and bring to temperature over medium heat.

Add beans and bring to temperature, stirring occasionally.
 
 Serving suggestion (this is real down home Tulsa Style)

 THREE WAY (chili, beans, and pasta)
  serve piping hot chili over a bed of spaghetti. It also makes exceptionally good Frito pie which the grand kids seem to like.

Even better the next day reheated!
