Bronco65's Pepper Jelly

4 or 5  Hot peppers, cored and cut in pieces
4 sweet green peppers, cored and cut in pieces
1 cup white vinegar
5 cups sugar
1 pouch liquid pectin
Green food coloring

Sterilize canning jars. Put half the peppers and half the vinegar into a blender container, cover and process until pepper is liquified. Repeat with other half. Combine with sugar in large  saucepan and boil slowly for 10 min. Remove from heat, add liquid pectin and boil hard for 1 minute. Skim and add a few drops of  green food coloring. Pour jelly immediately into hot jar leaving 1/4 in head room. Process 5 minutes in hot water bath.

Wash whatever you cooked it in immediately, has a tendency to linger a bit.

Adjust amount of peppers to taste.
